According to @AshE-Nuel, he intended to propose after her service before a tragic incident occurred.

In a viral tweet, an X user revealed that a close friend contacted him after spotting his ex-girlfriend in a club.

However, his friend took a photo of her sitting in the VIP section, surprising him.

He then contacted his girlfriend, who cited a low battery as an excuse when he demanded a video call.

Shortly after, a friend sent him a video of a man ‘rocking’ her, which broke his heart.

‎Sharing how he handled the heartbreaking incident, he stated, ‘She saw it an hour later and started calling my phone. I picked up and said, “From Sokoto to Ibadan to a club?” I switched off my phone. I couldn’t sleep, all the foolish proposals I wanted to make, I quickly scrapped. The next day, I was shaken, but I had to let her go. I told her, “You’re not worth my sweat”

‎Despite her multiple pleas, he turned a deaf ear and ended the relationship.
