“I was in court when Peter…” – Lady reveals what she witnessed during Okoye brothers’ case amid his recent revelations

A Nigerian woman has described what she purportedly saw during a court hearing involving PSquare siblings Peter and Paul Okoye and their older brother, Jude Okoye.

The woman claimed she was in court in May when Peter entered the witness box to clarify his allegations regarding the family’s companies and financial transactions in a video that has gone viral.

She remembered that when Peter started talking, Paul and Jude had to leave the courtroom. Jude’s attorney then questioned him over the brothers’ accounts.

She claims that a protracted back-and-forth interaction resulted from the lawyer asking Peter repeatedly if he was a signatory to the accounts.

According to her, Peter first insisted that he was not a signatory and clarified that if he needed money, he would ask Jude, who would supposedly get in touch with Paul before the funds were divided between them.

According to the woman, a document proving Peter’s signature on the accounts was then shown. He admitted this, according to her, but insisted he had never taken money out of them directly.

She also disclosed that she started monitoring Peter’s latest posts regarding the family conflict to see whether his public narrative would deviate from what he had purportedly stated in court.

She claims that all of his latest disclosures are consistent with what he stated throughout the case, with the exception of two aspects that she was unaware of: the existence of an additional older brother named Henry and specifics regarding a property that the EFCC is supposed to have taken.

She came to the conclusion that if Peter had made up his story, she would have anticipated contradictions.
