Content Creator Eric Gugua reacts after an old tweet from his account advocating r@pe emerged.

The old tweet from 2014 went viral on Thursday, February 19, 2026. As the tweet gained popularity, Eric took to X to comment.

He said that he purchased the Twitter account from a blogger in 2021.

However, a follower brought up a previous tweet with Eric’s photo sent from the account in 2020 to demonstrate that the content creator had been using the account before 2021, and that the username that shared the offending message was also Eric’s prior to 2021.
