A woman revealed that her mother is still in the mortuary and described the devastating experience of losing both her mother and grandma in three weeks.

The woman, who identified as an only child, claimed in a video posted on X (previously Twitter) that she had always been very cautious with her life because she thought her mother and grandmother wouldn’t survive anything that happened to her.

She claims that she never thought she would be the only one left to deal with both women’s deaths in such a short amount of time.

“I used to be very, very careful with my life because I used to think that if anything happened to me, neither my mom nor my grandma would be able to survive it because I’m the only child,” she said.

She disclosed that she had just received another heartbreaking call telling her that her grandmother had passed away the day before, and that she had lost her mother three weeks prior.

The woman described the agonising irony of her predicament, pointing out that although she had spent years worried about how they would handle her death, she is now the one dealing with the reality of losing them both.

“Whole time, these women had different thoughts in their minds with me. I lost my mom three weeks ago, and I just received another call that my grandma died yesterday. My mom is still in the morgue,” she added.

She ended with a sorrowful analysis of the terrible losses, emphasising that she seemed to be the one resilient enough to bear the suffering.

Many social media users have expressed sympathy for her after her emotional announcement; some have even offered consoling words and prayers for strength as she works through the difficult time.
