“I stopped talking to her” – Woman receives ₦5M loan, amount sent to pastor as tithe sparks buzz

A post about a woman taking a ₦5 million loan from a cooperative and sending a portion as tithing has gained attention online.

The incident was reported by @kenkelewu, an X user and eyewitness.

According to the X user’s story, when the loan was authorised, the woman called her pastor to alert him.

During the conversation, she asked the church’s account number and transferred ₦500,000.

Meanwhile, the now-viral tweet has sparked a rush of replies from X platform users.
