“He’s Really Sweet” – Cardi B Reveals What She Thinks About Nigerian Footballer Maduka Okoye

American rapper Cardi B has hinted that fans may see more of Nigerian footballer Maduka Okoye as dating rumours surrounding the pair continue to gain attention.

The Grammy-winning rapper, who recently appeared on the cover of Vogue Arabia, spoke about her music, motherhood and love life following her divorce. Her recent outings with the 27-year-old Udinese goalkeeper also came up during the interview.

Cardi B and Okoye first sparked dating rumours after they were spotted together at Paris Fashion Week in July. The Nigerian goalkeeper was seen helping the rapper settle into her seat before sitting beside her during the fashion show.

The pair were later spotted having dinner with friends at Gio’s restaurant inside The St. Regis Venice, further fuelling speculation about their relationship.

Although there was reportedly no public display of affection between them, Cardi and Okoye appeared comfortable in each other’s company.

Speaking about the footballer, Cardi described Okoye as “really sweet” and “very kind.” She also noted that despite appearing “very strict” and “stern” on social media, he is different in person.

When asked whether fans should expect to see more of the Nigerian footballer, Cardi responded with a giggle, “I hope so.”

Neither Cardi B nor Okoye has publicly confirmed that they are dating, but the rapper’s comment has added more fuel to the ongoing speculation.
