His reaction came after his expulsion from the knighthood became public.

Reacting on his Facebook handle; James Louis Okoye, in a post titled “THIS LIFE…”

Okoye, now popularly known as “Akacham” said “KSJI that I pledged my life in service to as a staunch Catholic for the good of man-kind at large, sacrificing my sweat, blood and finances alongside deemed it fit to suspend me for being unbiased.

“Solely sponsoring the year end celebration/party of my command (Nnewi 511) for the past 6 years, the last being this past December on the 20th 2025.

“Barely one month gone and they decided to oust me to save face and to be on the side of the “emperor” Bishop rather than doing what’s right.

“Meanwhile, we are aware what John de baptist stands for, in which we all swore to stand by.

“On the other hand, I’m quite sure that John de Baptist was beheaded for standing up for the truth and that’s my stand point too.

“Again , they’re quite swift with ex-communicating an active member outrightly forgetting how we’ve dined and wined for the past 6 years at our year end celebrations thanks to me…

“In conclusion, let’s reflect on Sen. Dr. Ifeanyi Ubah’s sidelining at the Cathedral dedication and my ousting by KSJI and see the similarities of these events…”
