In view of recent developments within the party, I intend to file a petition with the Federal High Court challenging the current leadership’s legitimacy.

This effort tries to topple what I believe an illegitimate institution that now oversees the business of our great party.

Furthermore, I will ask the court to direct the dependent National Electoral Commission (dNEC) to stop recognising the National Working Committee (NWC).

This measure is important to defend the rule of law, protect our party’s integrity, and ensure that due process is followed by its leadership.
