Doris Ogala, a popular Nollywood actress, has expressed alarm after armed police officers were reportedly stationed near her home in the early hours of Tuesday.
The actress, who uploaded video evidence of the incident, expressed dread and said that she had not been formally invited by any security agency.
She urged the public to hold Chris Okafor, the founder of Grace Nation International Ministry, accountable if anything happens to her, claiming that he may be behind an attempt to arrest her without her legal lawyer present.
“I have police people in my house. I don’t know how they entered my house. They said they’re from Lagos. Chris doesn’t want to leave me alone. He has carried me to three different courts and more than seven police stations.
“They have surrounded my house. If you people don’t see me again, please hold Chris Okafor responsible for my disappearance”, she said.
The development comes after an ongoing spat between the actress and the clergyman, which apparently began in late 2025 following the release of a film depicting his engagement to Pearl Okafor.
Doris Ogala publicly accused the pastor of leaving their relationship to marry a younger lady, alleging allegations about their previous connection.
According to reports, a cash settlement was reached, however the specifics of the transaction remain unclear.
