A Nigerian man has shared a hilarious encounter after unknowingly handed a bride’s wedding printings to her husband and even gave him ₦1,000 for transport.

According to him, the incident occurred after a bride who had ordered printing services told him someone would come to collect the items.

A young man eventually arrived, and the printer assumed he was around 18 or 19 years old and had been sent to pick up the order.

He reportedly greeted him and asked, “How are you bobo? You’re here to pick up for Lagbaja abi?” before handing over the printings and giving him ₦1,000 for transport.

The man only discovered the stranger’s true identity several days later when the bride posted her wedding pictures online.

To his surprise, the person he had mistaken for a teenager was actually the groom himself, who was reportedly in his early 30s.

The revelation left him amused over the fact that he had unknowingly given the groom ₦1,000, thinking he was simply a young person sent to collect the bride’s wedding materials.
