According to Nigerian singer Brymo, fellow musician 2Baba reportedly asked his ex-wife, Annie Macaulay-Idibia, if they had ever had sex.

In a recent interview with the NotJustOk podcast, Brymo acknowledged that he has previously dated a few married women.

He warned aspiring musicians against dating married women, saying that such relationships could have dire repercussions.

Brymo claimed that 2Baba asked Annie if she had ever been involved with him in front of him while narrating one of his incidents.

“I remember that moment in 2019 at Naomi’s office in Lekki Phase 1 when 2face looked me straight in the eyes and ask ‘Annie you don fuck Brymo?

“I’ll never forget it. I’m wicked, you people don’t know me. I met quite a number of older women who were truly married but they would tell me they were separated from their husbands. This goes to younger artistes, stop sleeping with people’s wives. They will cut your life short.

One time I went to see one of my older female lovers and then she wanted me to come for the wedding of her younger sister, which I went to and I performed. And then at night, she also told me to come to their family house and perform again and I was like, that will be nice. And she said ‘our Baba will be there’. I said, your dad? She was like no, my husband. I was shocked. I was like I thought you were divorced or something. She said no. As far as I was concerned me going there was me offering myself for some form of crazy ritual. Standing there performing in front of a man whose wife you are f**king and I just couldn’t take it. So I had to bail out…”
