A Nigerian teenager raised outrage online after posting his 2026 West African Senior School Certificate Examination (WASSCE) results while seeking assistance on his desire of joining the Nigerian Army.
The young guy, Muhammad Naseer Gadam, shared a screenshot of his results in a Facebook page, enquiring if his grades would qualify him for enrolment in the Nigerian Army.
Alongside the result, Muhammad asked:
“Can I apply army force with this results please?”
According to the online results, he received a B3 in Biology, B3 in Livestock Farming, C4 in Chemistry, C5 in Civic Education, C5 in Agriculture, C5 in Physics, C6 in Geography, D7 in English Language, and F9 in General Mathematics.
The results showed that he did rather well in several science disciplines, but received a D7 in English Language and an F9 in General Mathematics.
Muhammad’s message rapidly gained traction, with other social media users reacting to his question.
While some encouraged him to pursue his desire, others pointed out that his English Language and Mathematics grades may have an impact on his chances of entering the Nigerian Army.
