A Nigerian woman’s article explaining why she blocked her best friend who travelled abroad went popular online.

In a post on her X handle, @itschristyunique, the lady revealed the events that led to her decision.

According to the X user, she took action after her best buddy went abroad without warning her.

However, her best friend prevented her from checking her WhatsApp status.

Despite this, she remembered her best buddy on her birthday and blogged about her.

Meanwhile, she saw images of her friend’s partner on Instagram but did not seek clarification.

A month later, her friend invited her to be a bridesmaid and requested that she pay for the wedding.

Sharing details of what unfolded, the X user narrated, “Few months later, she sent me her wedding invitation card and asked me to be one of her bridesmaid and buy the Ankara.I simply said OK and blocked her”.
