Following her exclusion from 2025 Big Brother Naija winner Imisi’s birthday celebration, reality TV star Josephina Otabor, better known online as Phyna, has generated controversy.

The “Hypeman” queen was reportedly visibly upset after the incident, which happened on Tuesday, January 27, 2026.

Denied Entry Over Livestreaming

Phyna disclosed that she refused to stop livestreaming the event to her fans, which led to her being stopped at Imisi’s party entrance.

She claimed that the organizers asked her to put down her camera, which she thought was unreasonable and superfluous.

Phyna Questions Organizers’ Double Standards

Phyna voiced her annoyance in a widely shared video on the internet, asking why she was singled out while other well-known guests might not be subject to the same limitations.
