A young woman has generated conversations online after highlighting what she believes is a double standard in the motivational messages commonly directed at men and women.

In a video circulating on social media, she observed that men are often encouraged to work hard, develop themselves, and build a successful future, while women are more frequently told that they are already enough and have nothing to prove.

Questioning that perspective, she argued that women also need to put in effort to achieve their goals and should not expect success without hard work.

According to her, “Who told you that you won’t have to prove yourself? You will prove yourself. You have to work hard too.”
