A video capturing the moment a motorist confronted a poultry business owner after accidentally running over one of her chickens has gone viral on social media.

According to reports, the man was driving through the neighbourhood when one of the chickens suddenly ran onto the road and was struck by his vehicle.

The poultry owner immediately came out and demanded compensation for the dead chicken.

However, the motorist rejected the demand, insisting that the accident was the poultry owner’s responsibility.

According to him, she should have properly secured her chickens instead of allowing them to roam freely onto the road where they could be hit by passing vehicles.

During the heated exchange, the visibly upset driver declared:

“The blood of the chicken is on your head.”

The video has since sparked mixed reactions online, with social media users divided over who should bear responsibility for the incident.
