“The best time for a lady to be married is from 22 till 27″— Benedicta Onwuka

Following a popular video in which she asserted that women over 27 are “toxic,” “full of rage,” and inappropriate for younger men just starting out in life, relationship therapist Benedicta Onwuka sparked a heated discussion on social media.

The pundit, whose video has been extensively shared and discussed online, specifically cautioned men against getting married to women who are 28 years of age or older, claiming that their past relationship traumas prevent them from maintaining happy marriages.

The therapist clearly stated in the video that she believes that women should marry between the ages of 22 and 27. She asserted that women carry too much emotional baggage beyond this window.

Honestly, after 27, me I cannot even vouch for that kind of lady again,” the therapist said in the video.

Most of these advanced ladies—do your worst, I call them advanced—yes, they are full of bitter experiences. They are full of negative experiences. Most of them have been used and dumped by other men.”

She went on to say that these women are unable to identify guys who have sincere intentions because they project their prior traumas onto new partners.

Her data suggests that older women develop into intrinsically “toxic” people who treat new partners the same manner they were treated in the past.

The therapist specifically cautioned young guys who might be drawn to older, financially independent women.

She warned that picking a spouse based on her excellent profession or financial security is a trap that might result in a “very difficult marriage.”

Marrying a lady age 28 and above, if you don’t even take time, 28 is safe, a little safe. 30 and above will be difficult. These ladies are angry. Most of them are angry. That is the simple truth.”

The therapist suggested that women who are 30 years of age or older should only date “advanced men” who are 40 years of age or older and have their own emotional baggage in order to “pair up together and heal themselves together.”

“Are you ready to handle a toxic individual?” was the therapist’s daring challenge to her audience as she wrapped up her popular piece.—a query that still sparks heated debates in comment sections all across the world.
