Nyesom Wike?s media aide, Lere Olayinka, mocks Gov Sim Fubara, as he shares throwback video of him kneeling to thank Wike shortly after he won the 2023 governorship election

Nyesom Wike, the FCT Minister’s media assistant, used social media to make fun of Governor Sim Fubara by posting an old photo of him kneeling to express gratitude to Wike soon after he was elected governor in 2023.

In the midst of Governor Fubara’s rekindled conflict with Wike, Lere posted the video.

The video showed Gov. Fubara, Wike’s nominee for governor in 2023, kneeling to express gratitude to Wike following INEC’s announcement that he had won the state election.

Reactions to the video have been conflicting. While some made fun of Governor Fubara, others contended that the governor was entitled to have a falling out with Wike because Wike also had a falling out with people who supported him politically.
