Mrs Maryam Ahmed Audi, the wife of Dr Ahmed Abubakar Audi, Commandant-General of the Nigeria Security and Civil Defence Corps (NSCDC), passed away after a brief illness.

According to family reports, Mrs Audi died on Monday, June 15, 2026. The dead was well-known for her contributions to humanitarian causes and community development efforts, earning praise from both within and beyond the security sector.

Senior government officials, security agencies, traditional rulers, acquaintances, and well-wishers from all around the country offered their condolences following her passing.

Many of her fans described her as a devoted wife, caring mother, and compassionate philanthropist whose generosity impacted many lives.
