Deangels, the wife of nightlife magnate Cubana Chief Priest, has sent out a forceful and unapologetic warning to potential and incoming side ladies.
In a viral video spreading online, she offered a harsh warning, emphasising that her marriage is not up for grabs.
Read what she said below:
“For better or worse, till death do us part. You are wasting your time because it will never happen. If your mind dey there, commot body. No leave, no transfer…”
The message, which soon went viral, is usually interpreted as a direct response to gossip, attention, and advances sometimes associated with wealthy and well-known men.
Cubana Chiefpriest, noted for his flamboyant lifestyle and strong social media presence, has repeatedly been the subject of online gossip, particularly following allegations by Helen, a Kenyan lady, that he fathered her child.
His wife’s message, however, left little room for interpretation.
She highlighted commitment, permanency, and fidelity, reminding others that her marriage is more than just momentary attraction or distractions.
Her use of simple but firm Nigerian street vernacular made the message more impactful, gaining plaudits from several women who hailed it as a brave defence of marriage.
Reactions poured in online. One commentator wrote, “She didn’t shout, but the message is loud.” Another added, “Helen of Kenya, I hope you’re listening.”
In a society where celebrity marriages are frequently strained, Cubana Chief Priest’s wife has set a firm boundary.
