In the notice delivered through her legal representatives, Lambe stated that their traditional marriage had already been mutually dissolved before May 2025, with both families allegedly aware of the separation.

She accused Ekpo of making false claims about her, including allegations of infidelity, financial reliance, and the current status of their relationship. According to her, these statements have triggered online harassment and caused harm to her reputation.

Her lawyers are demanding that he immediately stop making further remarks, remove previously published content, and issue a public apology.

They are also seeking ₦100 million in damages, warning that legal proceedings will be initiated if he fails to comply within three days.
