Kai Cenat, a popular American streamer, has expressed a strong emotional connection to Nigeria, describing it as the first place where he experienced ‘100% love.’’

The digital creator made the statement during a courtesy visit to Lagos State Governor Babajide Sanwo-Olu at the Lagos House in Marina.

Kai, who first visited Nigeria in 2024, returned to complete projects he started during his previous trip.

He expressed his delight at being back in Lagos and the warm welcome he received, saying:

“I am glad to be here. I love coming here. When I landed, the love was crazy. Nigeria is the first country I felt like 100 per cent love.”

His comment has since sparked reactions online, with many Nigerians applauding him for openly appreciating the country and its people.

He noted that the Eyo Cultural Festival organised by the state government in December attracted about 10,000 participants, alongside thousands of spectators.
