An Ohio woman is facing multiple charges after police say she left her seven children in the car while she went inside a g@mbling establishment.
Racqual Hicks, 37, was arrested on Thursday and pleaded not guilty Friday to seven counts of child endangerment.
According to police, Hicks took her children, ages 15, 13, 10, 6, 2, 1, and 11 months, to Luna’s Internet Cafe and left them in the vehicle for about 40 minutes.
Authorities also stated that Hicks was driving on a suspended license and that some of the children were not in car seats.
Hicks was released on her own recognizance and required to wear a GPS monitor.
An upcoming court date was not immediately available.
