A Nigerian guy has expressed concern about powerful men in Abuja who, he claims, pursue other men for romantic relationships.

He cautioned males against discounting such methods in a video posted on X (previously Twitter), saying that some of these people might employ various strategies to control others who reject them.

“As a man in Abuja, if a man has never asked you out, bro, you’ve not hustle. Don’t ever make mouth like, ‘God forbid, Tufiakwa, never me.’ Pray.

Those people are not ordinary. Sometimes they might be tempting. One way or the other, they will manipulate you, or if that doesn’t work, once you eat or collect something from them, they’ve already brainwashed you,” he said.

He claimed to be a Fulani/Hausa guy, emphasised the reality of these interactions, and advised men to exercise caution when interacting with powerful people.

Additionally, he cautioned against approaching or fighting such individuals and emphasised the significance of documenting such interactions.

“To those of you that will say, ‘Hand never touch person father?’ Person wey you go beat, the truth is there are some people you can’t touch.

Whatever you do, let there be evidence, because they won’t leave a single trace. And if you don’t have any, they will make sure you land in Kuje Prison,” he added.

His comments have sparked responses on social media, with some people challenging the assertions and others talking about the dangers of turning down advances from influential people.

The man’s warning has brought attention to his allegations that powerful men in Abuja are allegedly approaching other men.
