Nigerian comedian MC Oracle has thanked God for sparing his life after he was reportedly shot multiple times by unknown gunmen.

The comedian disclosed that the incident occurred on Wednesday, September 2, 2026, leaving him with gunshot wounds to his buttocks.

MC Oracle was reportedly rushed to a hospital following the incident, where he has been receiving medical treatment.

Sharing photos of himself from his hospital bed, the comedian expressed gratitude to God for saving his life and said the incident could have ended much worse.

He wrote:

“I want to use this opportunity to thank the Almighty God for saving my lifie on Wednesday 2nd September 2026 as I was shot by unknown gunmen.

“Man isn’t a story teller but I return all the glory to God because it could have been worse.”

The comedian’s post has since attracted reactions from fans and colleagues, with many expressing relief that he survived the reported attack and wishing him a speedy recovery.
