A Nigerian woman known on social media as @onoja_cee has revealed a heartbreaking narrative of how her sister narrowly missed death after allegedly being kidnapped by suspected organ harvesters in Abuja.
In a comprehensive post explaining her sudden absence online, Onoja_cee stated that her family went through a harrowing 48-hour ordeal after her sister, an intern at the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) headquarters, was kidnapped while commuting from Gwarimpa.
According to her testimony, the young woman got into what appeared to be a typical taxi. While inside the vehicle, she was allegedly sprayed with a chemical substance that produced dizziness and loss of consciousness.
She later awoke in a wilderness, where she was allegedly held captive and informed she would be slain for her organs.
The woman was allegedly forced to listen to the screams of other women being slain while in prison, intensifying her anxiety that she might be next. However, a remarkable turn of events allegedly spared her life.
Onoja_cee explained that the woman assigned to carry out the killing looked at her sister’s identification card and recognised her family name.
She stated the woman told that Onoja_cee’s mother had once been her school matron and had treated her with remarkable care years before.
Moved by a previous act of charity, the woman apparently opted to assist the victim in escaping, despite the risk to her own life.
She reportedly helped her send an SOS message to her nanny and fled the wilderness.
Meanwhile, the family and a Chief Security Officer from the victim’s place of work began a search.
Onoja_cee stated that her mother received a sad message indicating her daughter’s lifeless body had been discovered by the roadside.
Moments later, the family noticed that, despite being hurt and covered in blood, she was still alive.
