A woman has generated outrage online after telling how her pastor was supposedly humbled shortly after moving to the United Kingdom.
According to her, the man of God, who was once involved in ministry in Nigeria, eventually gave up preaching and took a physically difficult warehouse work abroad.
The lady described how the pastor used to mail her frequently in Nigeria, calling her as a “woman of God” and expressing a strong desire to minister.
She claimed he had told her he respected her prophetic lifestyle and spiritual commitment, which led her to believe he would continue his work as a pastor after moving to the UK. However, things reportedly changed after he arrived.
The lady then learned that the pastor had landed a job at a Chinese warehouse.
Curious, she inquired about the nature of his profession, only to discover that he was responsible for lifting and packing big objects.
She was shocked, especially since the same man used to lecture vehemently against “foreign gods” and idol worship in Nigeria.
What shocked me the most is that he said he is working in a Chinese warehouse where they carry heavy loads, including images of gods,” she said.
“This is someone who used to pray against foreign gods and now he is using his hands to carry those same gods for a living. I was just shouting Jehovah because the irony was too much.”
The lady then mocked the scenario, claiming that the UK had “advanced the boy-boy stage” for him. She went on to say that living abroad humbles people, especially those who had held respectable positions back home.
According to her, the pastor even told her that God was no longer calling him to ministry, implying that his focus had moved entirely to survival.
