King Mitchy, a content producer, has publicly responded to social commentators Verydarkman, asking him to act on the money that Nigerians have donated.
Recall that in 2024, Nigerians raised more than $350 million for Verydarkman’s charity. The activist hasn’t yet provided a detailed explanation of his plans with the funds, though.
King Mitchy highlighted in her statement that while she does not have a problem with VeryDarkMan, she is concerned that hundreds of millions of naira that fans have donated to him have reportedly been sitting in his bank account for almost two years with no discernible movement on school improvement projects.
She questioned why he still produces content centred on popular rumours rather than directing his energies toward school renovation, which she suggested was the intention of the gifts.
She also said she would be happy to help identify communities in need and promised to share the locations of damaged schools if necessary.

You have held the donated funds for almost 2 years now and you keep making contents on Mirabel, Harrison…instead of renovating schools. If you need locations of schools that are bad and damaged I’ll show you…..”
