Veteran Nollywood actor Vitalis Ndubuisi has offered an insightful commentary on life, aging, and personal development.
He claims that people frequently worry excessively about what other people think at particular points in their lives, only to later realize that those worries were needless.

“When you are in your 20s, you don’t really care what people think about you. In your 30s and 40s, you start worrying about what others think. But when you get to 60 and above, you realize people were never really thinking about you in the first place,” he said.
He went on to say that different age groups have different perspectives on life, pointing out that while young people concentrate on the future, older people think back on the past.
According to him, those in between often struggle with pressure and confusion, trying to balance expectations and reality.
“The young look forward, the elderly look back, and those in between are often stressed and confused. By the time you become wise enough to be careful with your steps, you are already too old to move freely. So, do what you need to do now,” he added.
Many reactions have followed his advice. One user wrote, “This one deep 😩. Life na stages truly.” Another added, “No time to impress anybody again. Real wisdom right here.”
