Celebrity businessman Cubana Chief Priest has warmed hearts online by congratulating his wife, De Angels, on their tenth wedding anniversary and thanking his boss and mentor, Obi Cubana, for teaching him the genuine meaning of respect in marriage.
In an emotive video that has since gone viral, Cubana chastised those who wish ill will on marriages, emphasising that unity and love are his most important prayers for his family.

“Shame on them because we no go ever fall. Na so me and my wife go dey together do my son wedding. That’s all I wish for — togetherness and love.”
The socialite went on to share a personal event from December 2016, when Obi Cubana corrected him after he spoke brutally to his wife under tremendous work pressure.
According to him, his wife called several times while he was performing financial checks, and he answered angrily without understanding his mentor was listening.
“One day we were doing checks and balances, pressure was so high and my wife was calling me. I told my wife to stop calling my phone. Chairman asked me, ‘Who did you just speak to?’ I said my wife.
He said, ‘Are you okay? How can you talk to your wife like that in front of me? How do you expect me to respect your wife if you don’t respect her?”
Cubana Chief Priest said that at the time, his wife was in the United States giving birth to their son, Donald, while he was preoccupied with business matters.
He admitted that he had unintentionally transmitted negative energy to her, but Obi Cubana’s comments immediately changed his attitude.
“He told me never to talk to my wife like that in public. Your wife is my wife, so if you talk to her like that, it doesn’t make sense.”
Reflecting on the lesson years later, the nightlife magnate, who is dealing with continuing paternity allegations with Hellen Atti, said the instruction remains in his heart, emphasising that success is useless without a solid household.
