ICE arrests Nigerian man for aggravated assault, armed robbery and drug sales in US

Ibrahim Tunde Ijaoba, a Nigerian national, was detained by Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) on charges of aggravated a$$ault, armed r0.bbery, and d√ug trafficking in the United States. 

Ijaoba is a member of the Bloods, a v!0lent street gang, and entered the country illegally, according to a statement released by ICE on Monday, December 29, 2025.

Ijaoba is awaiting deportation in ICE custody and has a final removal order, according to the statement. 

“Ibrahim Tunde Ijaoba is a criminal illegal alien from Nigeria and former member of the Bloods — a notoriously v!0lent street gang. He entered illegally and then racked up an extensive rap sheet that includes convictions for: • Aggravated a$$ault on a police officer with a firearm • A$$ault & aggravated assault • Armed robbery • Obstruction • Drug sales • Escaping police custody He has a final removal order and awaits deportation in ICE custody,” the statement read.
