Doris Ogala, the African Action Congress (AAC) governorship candidate in Abia State, has expressed confidence in her chances of becoming the state’s next governor, declaring that nothing will stand in the way of her ambition.

Ogala, who is aligned with the political movement of presidential candidate Omoyele Sowore, said she believes she is more qualified for the position than other candidates contesting the governorship seat.

The AAC candidate also spoke about her personal experience living in Abia State, highlighting what she described as a persistent electricity challenge at her family home.

Ogala Speaks on Life Without Electricity

Ogala said she had spent three months in Abia State and claimed that she had experienced a prolonged lack of electricity throughout her stay.

Ogala said, “I will be the next Governor of Abia state and nothing can stop me.”

She added, “I have been in Abia for 3 months now, no light. I sleep in my family house and we don’t have light.”
