In response to criticism over a widely shared lift encounter video, well-known content creator MC Mbakara formally apologised to Nollywood star Jim Iyke.
The video, which went viral on social media, saw Mbakara and his spouse meeting the seasoned actor in a lift.
Jim Iyke was seen on the video briefly shaking hands and saying hello before moving away, perhaps in a hurry.
Mbakara later voiced dissatisfaction with the interaction, stating that the actor didn’t seem nice.
Read what he said below;
“What will it take for him to smile? It’s annoying. Celebrities always feeling like they are God or something.”

“I Stumbled On Jim Iyke And This Happened. I Love Him Regardless.”

In response to the criticism, Mbakara retracted his statement and acknowledged his error on his official Facebook site.

“I never thought this will trend but I am dropping my sincere apologies to Uncle Jim Iyke and everyone about this issue. I was wrong.”
