“I was paying $300 a week – Court reportedly orders man to pay $13 monthly in child support

Online responses have been sparked by a guy who claims that when his baby’s mother filed a lawsuit against him, a court ordered him to pay only $13 in child support each month.

Before going through brief financial issues, the dad voluntarily provided financial support for his daughter, according to what he posted online.

The father claimed that in order to help care for their daughter, he had been providing the mother of his child $300 each week.

He went on to say that he also took care of their daughter’s daily school drop-offs and pick-ups as well as all of her creche costs.

According to the father, he also spends three days a week with his daughter.

The dad told his child’s mother that he needed a few months to recuperate after going through financial difficulties.

He claims that in order to help him get back on his feet, he requested that the weekly payment be temporarily reduced from $300 to $150 for two to three months.

He asserted, however, that she filed for child support rather than agreeing to the temporary arrangement.

The man shared the case’s outcome and said the judge only mandated that he pay $13 in child support each month.
