Pastor Chris Okafor withdraws apologies to Nollywood actress Doris Ogala, outlining the circumstances behind it.
The pastor apologised to Doris Ogala in December 2025 while kneeling during a sermon.
During a church service, the clergyman denied Doris Ogala’s charges against him.
He apologised to the actress to protect the spiritual leaders who supported him during the crisis.
”I withdraw that, there was no single apology because I cannot apologize for what I don’t know”, He firmly stated.
The issue started when Ogala accused Okafor of breaching a vow to marry her, exchanging pornographic content, and creating mental pain.
Meanwhile, Doris Ogala has filed a complaint against Pastor Chris Okafor, seeking N1 billion in damages for claimed breach of contract to marry her.
The lawsuit argues that Okafor made a clear vow to marry Ogala, introduced her to his family, and even allowed her to attend family functions before marrying another lady, Pearl Okafor.
The lawsuit alleges Okafor published private images of Ogala without her permission and misused 45 million Naira, which she entrusted him with.
