Video producer and filmmaker Dammy Twitch has shared one of the most challenging experiences of his life, revealing that he lost his father while working on a music video set.

Speaking during an interview with media personality Chude Jideonwo, Dammy Twitch said he was sh00ting a video for Nigerian singer Patoranking when he received a call informing him of his father’s death.

According to him, the news came while he was still on set, but he chose to continue and complete the shoot despite the emotional distress.

He described the day as one of the most difficult moments of his life, explaining that he had to keep working after learning of his father’s passing.

Dammy Twitch also disclosed that Nigerian music star Davido supported him during that period.

He recalled that Davido offered assistance and was even willing to cover the cost of the video. He added that the singer took a boat to meet him and his team, a gesture he said he would never forget.

Reflecting on his career journey, Dammy Twitch also spoke about how he convinced his mother to support his chosen path, noting that her perspective changed when he began earning an income and contributing financially to the family.
