A viral video shows a scene unfolding at a Nigerian wedding when an elderly guy rushes to spray money on the groom’s face, only to be prevented by a groomsman.
The footage was shared on the social media platform X.
In the viral video, the elderly man rushed over to where the groom and his groomsmen were dancing.
Holding the wad of cash, he began placing each note on the groom’s face.
One of the groomsmen, who appeared to be uncomfortable with the behaviour, intervened to calm things down.
He halted the elderly man’s hand and asked him to move back.
Although the elderly man was dissatisfied with this.
