A Nigerian lady has stirred reactions online after breaking down in tears while urging women not to marry or have children before turning 30.
In an emotional video shared on TikTok by @omaricha98, the lady clarified that her advice had nothing to do with her husband being a bad person, describing him as a very good man.
She, however, insisted that women should focus on discovering themselves, becoming financially stable, and building their personal lives before settling down.

“My husband is not a bad person. My husband is a very good man. But, you see, if you are not up to 30 years old, I don’t think you should have any business with marriage. I’ve tested it. I’ve tested motherhood. I’ve tested childbirth. I’ve tested marriage.”
She further warned that marrying or having children while still trying to find oneself could derail personal ambitions, adding that recovering lost opportunities could take several years.
Her emotional advice has sparked discussions online, with social media users sharing different opinions about marriage, motherhood and the right age to start a family.
She also advised women not to let unplanned pregnancies disrupt their life plans.
“Do not ever in your life say you want to waste those moments with marriage or with childbirth. If belle enter that time, comot am, fling am.
It will take you years to build that what you have lost. You see that prime age, whatever you could not achieve then, it will take you lots of years,” she added.
Her emotional advice has ignited conversations online, with social media users sharing divided opinions on marriage, motherhood, and the right age to start a family.
