A man has shared his emotional reaction to learning that his girlfriend of three years was pregnant for another man, saying the news left him deeply hurt.
In a viral video shared on social media, the man described how he and his partner celebrated their third anniversary in September of last year, unaware that she was already expecting another man’s child.
He stated that he had invested emotionally in the relationship and even took his partner out to celebrate their anniversary.
He said the situation became more painful in retrospect after he discovered she was pregnant for someone else while they were celebrating their relationship.
“Do I actually deserve this? Last year September, we celebrated our 3-year anniversary. I even took her out to celebrate with her, not knowing that she was already pregnant for another man. Looking back at everything, it honestly hurts so much,” he said.
Social media users responded to the video in a variety of ways, with some encouraging him and others telling him to end the relationship.

Sylvia sympathised with the man, saying the emotional pain could be difficult to overcome.

Badmannasty encouraged him to focus on his work and move forward.
“My guy, na Naija you dey. Wipe tears, go work. Another person own daughter go still make you smile. That 3 years na school fees,” he wrote.

Big Brown also criticised the man for his reaction, saying: “Stupid man at ur age. See what you are doing to your self. Because of a woman with no reasonable benefit in your life. BIG FOOL.”
