A viral video circulating on social media has sparked heated debate after a man purportedly married his wife’s best friend as a second wife in an effort to alleviate his wife’s concerns.
In the video, which has gone viral, the man revealed that his wife frequently wished she could spend more time with a close friend.
Rather than keeping the friendship separate from their marriage, he stated he chose to resolve the matter by marrying the buddy.
During the recording, both women were seen sitting together while the man spoke with his first wife.
Pointing to the woman beside her, he said: “This is my wife.”
He then asked his first wife: “What did you wish for?”
The woman responded: “I wanted to spend more time with my friend.”
The man followed with another question: “Did I solve your problem?”
She replied: “Yes you did.”
He then turned the camera towards the other woman and introduced her, saying: “Meet my second wife, Sakinat.”
The incident has subsequently elicited thousands of comments, with many viewers expressing surprise, laughter, and anger at the strange decision.
