T20 Luxury, a Nigerian luxury fashion brand, has filed a lawsuit against King Ochacho, a real estate tycoon, regarding a particular “luxurious” T-shirt.
The
T20 Luxury, which is well-known for exposing celebrities and billionaires wearing phony designer clothing, posted a picture of the billionaire sporting a Fendace shirt on Instagram that has gone viral.

The luxury fashion brand claims that the long-sleeve version of an original Fendace piece differs from the shirt’s camp collar design.

Real estate tycoon King Ochacho gave TikTok star Peller and his wife Jarvis a lavish N400 million mansion as a wedding present in an extravagant gesture that stole the show.

On August 1, 2026, during their star-studded traditional wedding in Lagos, the unexpected presentation was made.

Announcing the gift before cheering guests, Ochacho said, “On behalf of my children, I am presenting a brand new house for you worth N400 million in Abuja. Congratulations, Peller”.

On August 7, 2026, he subsequently turned over keys, a Power of Attorney, and allocation documents. The N400 million gift was dubbed “small money” during a TikTok livestream.
