Woli Arole, a comedian and content creator, told a humorous tale of how he was almost “scammed” this year.

He disclosed on Instagram that he received a message from someone saying that God had given them instructions to give him a jeep in Togo.

He claims that after that, he was asked to send ₦400,000 to a driver who would either deliver the car or travel to Togo to pick it up.

In response to the incident, he said that people can fall for these kinds of scams out of greed.
