Cardi B’s Baby Daddy, Stefon Diggs, Faces Multiple Cr!min@l, Charges Including Str@ngulation and A$s@ult Amid Ongoing Legal Troubles

New England Patriots wide receiver Stefon Diggs is facing charges of felony str@ng¥kation or s¥ffocation and misdemeanor a§§ault and battery following an alleged incident in a Boston suburb on December 2. Court records show Diggs is scheduled for arraignment on January 23, just days before the AFC Championship.

Details of the incident have not been disclosed. During a virtual appearance at the Dedham District Court in Massachusetts, Diggs’ lawyer, Michael DiStefano, requested that the police report be sealed and revealed that Diggs has made a financial offer to resolve the matter with the unnamed complainant.

Diggs has denied all allegations. The Patriots said in a statement: “Stefon has informed the organization that he categorically denies the allegations. We support Stefon. We will continue to gather information and will cooperate fully with the appropriate authorities and the NFL as necessary. Out of respect for all parties involved, and given that this is an ongoing legal matter, we will have no further comment at this time.”

The NFL also acknowledged the case, stating it is aware of the situation and has been in contact with the club. Diggs’ availability for the Patriots’ season finale against the Miami Dolphins remains unclear, though he could be rested with the team already assured of a playoff spot. The four-time Pro Bowl receiver has faced several legal disputes this season.

He previously denied claims by influencer and designer Chris Blake Griffith, who accused him of attempted dr¥gging, unwanted s+x¥al advances and conspiracy to k+ll. Diggs filed a d+famation lawsuit, which prompted a counterclaim. Diggs was also linked to a viral video involving a pink substance allegedly connected to dr¥gs, though no discipline followed. In a separate case, reality TV star Mulan Hernandez alleges Diggs a§§aulted her in June 2024, causing a concussion.
