The increasing tendency among some Lagos women has been questioned by celebrity fashion designer Toyin Lawani, who claims that many of them are starting to resemble one another because of identical facial alterations.
In an internet video, Toyin claimed to have seen that more women were starting to share similar characteristics, especially large jaws and full lips.
“There is something going on in Lagos. Everybody is starting to look alike. I see you today, next day, long jaw,” she said.
She added that many of the women she referred to as “Lagos baddies” now seem to have similar appearances and questioned where the women were acquiring their facial traits.
“All the Lagos baddies are just looking alike. Long jaw and plump lips,” she added.
