Police in Mpumalanga, South Africa have arrested a 21-year-old man in Driekoppies, Schoemansdal, over the alleged m3rder of a three-year-old girl.

According to police reports, the child had accompanied her mother, who works as a d0mestic worker at the residence where the incident occurred. Authorities allege that the suspect att@cked and k!lled the toddler following complaints that the woman had not properly cleaned the house.

Provincial police spokesperson Brigadier Donald Mdhluli said preliminary investigations indicate that the child’s mother had left her daughter sleeping on a couch while carrying out her duties before the tragic incident happened.
