The billionaire businessman Stephen Akintayo has come under fire from media personality Solomon Buchi for allegedly mistreating young Nigerians who work for him.
In an online video, Buchi stated that he received a lot of complaints in direct messages from people who said they had a negative experience working with Akintayo.

One woman allegedly told Buchi that she had to make 200 calls every day, while others said that regardless of the department they worked in, they were expected to sell houses.
Additionally, he claimed that some employees were obligated to comment on Akintayo’s videos and social media posts as part of their jobs, and that failing to do so would result in salary deductions.
In addition to being considered to anchor one of Akintayo’s events in London, Buchi claimed that he had previously approached Akintayo about serving as a consultant for his PR and social media team. He did, however, assert that after talking to him and others, he ultimately decided against the arrangement.
The media personality went on to say that he had received complaints from a number of recent graduates regarding their purported interactions with the businessman.
The media personality continued by saying that several recent graduates had complained to him about their alleged encounters with the businessman.
