Apostle Arome Osayi has warned that people who insult ministers of God could face divine judgement, declaring that Nigeria will experience another spiritual visitation that will bring significant changes to the country.
The founder of the Remnant Christian Network (RCN) made the remarks in a viral video, where he also spoke about the de@ths he said would precede the anticipated visitation.
His statement comes amid criticism over his numerous claims of encounters with God, Jesus Christ and angels, which have generated discussions about his prophetic declarations and spiritual experiences.
Insults against ministers of God
Speaking in the video, Osayi warned those who publicly insult him and other people serving Jesus Christ, insisting that such actions would not go without consequences.
He said: “Many people have risen up to insult me in public places. None of those insults will go unattended because I am in the service of Jesus. None of them.
“The next time you decide who to insult, check well. If by any means that person is in the service of Jesus, it will not go unpunished.
“I have scripture for what I’m saying.”
The preacher maintained that his warning was based on biblical teachings, suggesting that those who attack people in God’s service should reconsider their actions.
Osayi also declared that Nigeria would experience another visitation from God, describing it as an event that would change the country’s spiritual and political outlook.
According to him, the visitation would not happen before a period of judgement, which he associated with deaths and the fall of powerful figures.
“The Lord is going to visit Nigeria one more time,” he said.
“Don’t be quick. Whenever you begin to see people die, because the judgement will take place before the visitation.
“The visitation will be a quiet one.
“It will exclude noisemakers. It will empower true labourers.
“The shape, the horizon of the fate in the land will be altered.
“It will be altered.”
The cleric further urged Nigerians to pay attention to what he described as signs of divine judgement, including deaths and the fall of powerful individuals.
He said such developments would indicate that God had come to purify His house before the anticipated visitation.
“When you hear the noise of death, of the sword, of giants falling, know that he has come to his house to purge it,” Osayi stated.
He concluded with a declaration about the scale of the deaths he said would occur.
“I announce to you that the slain of the Lord will be many.”
Osayi, who leads the Remnant Christian Network, is known for his teachings on prayer, spiritual warfare, revival and prophetic experiences.
His ministry has attracted attention through sermons and declarations in which he discusses encounters with God and the spiritual realm.
However, some of his claims have also attracted criticism and public debate, particularly over the nature of his reported encounters with Jesus Christ and angels.
The latest video has renewed discussions about his prophetic declarations, with particular attention to his warning about deaths preceding a visitation in Nigeria.
Osayi did not specify when the anticipated visitation would occur, identify those he described as giants, or provide details about the deaths mentioned in his declaration.
