TV anchor Morayo Afolabi-Brown has spoken out after disclosing that she got a call from someone who was upset with her for the questions she asked a guest during one of her interviews.

In a video, Morayo expressed her disbelief at the event while emphasising that it is only part of her duty to ask questions. She stated that she has worked in the media for more than 20 years and has earned the authority to conduct professional guest interviews.

She claims that she always respects the boundaries set by her guests, some of whom decide in advance what subjects they feel comfortable addressing. She clarified that the purpose of her show is not to disparage or humiliate anyone, but rather to promote love and deep dialogue.

Morayo continued by adding that while people are entitled to disagree with her enquiries, it is regrettable and unfair to criticise her for carrying out her duties.
