“What kind of creature are you?” — Lady shares friend’s reaction to her unusual food combinations

A Nigerian woman has sparked amusement online after revealing her unusual food combinations, including eating cornflakes with vegetable soup and Golden Morn with dried fish.

The woman recounted how a friend called her while she was having dinner and asked what she was eating. When she disclosed that she was pairing cornflakes with vegetable soup, he reportedly struggled to understand her choice.

According to her, the friend was particularly surprised because it was not the first time he had caught her eating an unconventional combination.

Friend recalls her previous food combination

The lady said her friend reminded her of an earlier occasion when he saw her eating Golden Morn with dried fish.

Reacting to her food choices, he reportedly said:

“What kind of creature are you? I remember the other time I caught you eating Golden Morn with dried fish. I don’t understand you again o!”

His reaction suggested that he had become increasingly puzzled by her unusual eating habits.

While cornflakes are commonly eaten with milk and Golden Morn is typically prepared as a cereal, the woman appears comfortable pairing them with traditional Nigerian foods.

However, she did not explain what inspired her combinations or why she enjoys eating them that way.

Lady asks Nigerians to share their strangest food combinations

The woman subsequently took to social media to ask whether her eating habits were truly unusual, inviting others to share their experiences with unconventional food combinations.

She asked:

“What’s the strangest food combination you’ve ever caught someone eating or I’m I the only one?”

Her question has highlighted the different food preferences people have, with combinations that may seem strange to some being perfectly enjoyable to others.

The story has also prompted a familiar conversation about food choices and whether people should be judged for what they eat, provided they enjoy it.
