According to APC Chieftain Joe Igbokwe, the South East appears to have a high degree of moral decadence.
Igbokwe claimed in a Facebook post that the South East is currently unknowingly producing “monsters.”.
He claims that the young people from the South East lack “home training, no cultural competence or brian.” He said that all they do on the internet is make fun of everyone, even the president.
